An interior stairway leads to a lower level that has a bedroom, workshop and easy access to the mechanicals.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
FIRE PREVENTION

PROPERLY DISPOSE FIREPLACE ASH
Once there's about an inch of ashes at the bottom of the fireplace, consider clearing them away. Be sure that the ashes have completely cooled before attempting to remove them. Hot embers can hide in ash long after the fire has seemingly burned out. When it's time to dispose of fireplace ashes, transfer them to a metal container and wet them down. Keep the container outside and away from any combustibles.
